BE RESPECTFUL

Respect for PIVICO members and the network is mandatory in all areas. Any form of aggression or discrimination based on ethnicity, gender, or ideology will not be tolerated. Differences are not an excuse to lose good manners. Any conflict arising in the group channels must be resolved in a courteous manner.

EXCLUSIVE USE

PIVICO’s information channels  (WhatsApp, Discord, among others) are for the exclusive use of its members. Any third-party access to any of them must be coordinated in advance with the staff.

SUSTAINING FEE

We are a completely non-profit group. However, we continually develop tools and material that identify us and maintain our status as a certified virtual airline.

The only mandatory contribution for the group will be related to the maintenance of the website and will be divided equally among all its members. This fee will be collected annually in November.)

BE CONSISTENT

The network and the airline require you to maintain an average connection of 2 hours per week. Otherwise, it may affect our roster, and your account could be disabled.

STAY TUNED FOR UPDATES

It is the responsibility of each pilot to stay attentive to the information sent through various communication channels. This is part of your sense of belonging, and please consider how repetitive it can be to relay the same information repeatedly. Personal and highly important notifications will always be sent to your email.

DON'T DISAPPEAR

Inactivity, including a lack of participation, non-response to direct communications, and overall interaction for a period of one month, will lead to a meeting with the Staff to understand the reasons behind it and, if possible, reach an agreement. If there is no response to the meeting invitation, with an additional grace period of one month, the pilot will be disassociated from Pivico Air.

If, for any reason, a pilot cannot maintain regular activity, they MUST inform the staff, under penalty of initiating the aforementioned process.

YOU REPRESENT US

A pilot carrying the PIVICO callsign is carrying the name of the airline. Therefore, they must strive to ensure that their flight is of high quality and adheres to both aviation and network standards.

PENALTY REGIME

  1. The Staff will conduct periodic inspections of the activity of its pilots. This serves as the initial step in the regular process for any case that may warrant the application of the penalty regime and will be used as evidential material.
  2. In the event of any incident on the network involving a user (Pilot, ATC, or Supervisor), the involved pilot will report the incident to the Pivico Air Staff, allowing for necessary support if needed. However, if the incident was resolved at the time, it is important to communicate it to the staff.
  3. Regular Procedure

  1. Periodic inspection by Pivico Air of its pilots.
  2. Notification of a meeting via email and WhatsApp, conducted through Discord to hear both sides. If the situation is not resolved, we proceed to the third and final step (9.c.iii).
  3. Process of disassociation from Pivico Air. Removal from the pilot roster and exclusion from channels such as Discord and WhatsApp.

Reinstatement:
If applicable, this matter is reserved for the staff after a thorough study of each case.
